Spring brought several quality-of-life improvements to the Seedance 2.0 hosted interface at seedance2-video.com. If you last visited in February or March, here is what changed.
Lower pricing across all plans
Monthly plans have been adjusted to $29.9 / $79.9 / $149.9 for Starter, Creator, and Pro tiers. Yearly billing saves roughly 50% compared to monthly, with prices from $14.9/month. Credit packs remain available for one-time purchase starting at $29 for 800 credits. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
Faster default generation
The generator now defaults to 4-second clips instead of 8 seconds. Shorter clips generate faster, cost fewer credits per generation, and let you iterate on creative direction before committing to longer outputs. You can still select 8 or 12 seconds for final renders. Open the AI Video Generator to try the new defaults.
Better mobile sign-in
Sign-in and account controls are now directly visible in the mobile header bar — no more digging through the hamburger menu to log in or check your balance. This is part of an ongoing effort to make the mobile browser experience as usable as desktop.
Streamlined credit flow
When your credit balance is too low for a generation, the in-app prompt now takes you straight to yearly plan pricing — the most cost-effective option for regular users. No more hunting through multiple pages to find the right plan.
